Step 1 - Lash Lift Cream - How to Apply:
Using a micro-applicator, apply a small amount of lash lifting cream from the root to 1/3 of the natural lash length.
Processing Time:

Very fine lashes: 4–5 minutes

Fine or tinted lashes: 5–6 minutes

Natural healthy lashes: 6–8 minutes
Step 2 - Neutralising Lotion - How to Apply:
Using a micro-applicator, apply a small amount of neutralising lotion exactly where the lifting cream was applied.
Processing Time:

Very fine, fine, and tinted lashes: 5 minutes

Natural healthy and coarse lashes: 6 minutes
Step 3 - Moisturising Serum - How to Apply:

Using a micro-applicator, apply moisturising serum over the lashes to gently release them from the shield.

Apply serum under the shield on the eyelid to help detach the shield from the skin if you've attached your shield using adhesive.

Remove any excess serum from the eyelid using a clean cotton bud and discard it.
Skin Sensitivity / Patch Testing
A patch test must be performed 24–48 hours before the treatment.
Test Results:

Positive: Redness, swelling, or irritation. Do not proceed with treatment.

Negative: No reaction. Treatment can proceed.
Note: Record the test results in the client’s record card.
Lock & Lift Aftercare Advice
To maintain the best results, clients should follow the aftercare instructions for 24–48 hours post-treatment:

Do not apply makeup or undergo additional eye treatments.

Avoid rubbing your eyes.

Do not wear contact lenses.

Stay away from swimming and saunas.

Keep lashes completely dry.

Apply lash conditioner daily.

Comb lashes upward using the mascara wand.

Sleep on your back for the first 1–2 nights to avoid pressure on the lashes.
In case of irritation (e.g., stinging or swelling):
Apply a cold, damp cotton pad, compress, or cooling spray. If symptoms persist, seek medical advice and notify the technician so it can be documented.
