Shipping Options: Costs and Delivery Times Explained

Place your order before 3pm for same-day shipping. Weekend orders (after 3pm Friday) will be sent the following Monday.

Standard Delivery– UK delivery with Royal Mail’s 24 hour shipping service. Typical delivery time is 1–3 working days, though in rare delayed cases it may take up to 7 business days. Free shipping is available for customers spending over £100 (UK orders only).

Next Day Delivery – We use DPD’s Next Day Delivery service, which aims to deliver the following day. Next Day Delivery to Northern Ireland and Scotland may take up to two days, and occasionally longer due to unforeseen circumstances.

Please note that next day delivery is not guaranteed if delays occur with DPD and this is unfortunately out of our hands.

International Shipping – International orders are sent with Royal Mail. Delivery times vary depending on customs checks and procedures. Additional customs fees may apply based on the destination country.

Collection – Collection times are as follows:

Monday – Friday, 9am - 5pm

Saturday - 10am-4.30pm

Collection takes place from 35A Victoria Road, Surbiton, KT6 4JT

During high-demand periods, such as sales, please allow extra time for processing & shipping.

What is your returns policy?

You have 14 days from receiving your order to let us know if you’d like to return an item. Once you’ve contacted us, you’ll then have another 14 days to send it back.

Please reach out via emailing us at Customerservice@lashesfromhols.com for our return address. Please make sure to include your order number inside the parcel, without it we won’t know the parcel is yours and won’t be able to complete the refund .

Return shipping costs are not covered by us, so we recommend using your local post office with a tracked service.

Can I return opened products?

For hygiene reasons, all items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging with seals intact.

We’re unable to refund or exchange opened products. This includes glues and liquids, which are non-returnable once purchased.

What if my order is damaged or faulty?

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please let us know within 28 days of receiving it. We’ll provide a return label and once we’ve checked the item, we’ll either send a replacement or issue a refund.

Can I cancel or amend my order?

As soon as you place your order, we start processing it so it can reach you as quickly as possible! Because of this, we’re unable to make changes to the order, including address updates or cancellations.

If needed, you can place a new order or return any items you no longer want.

How long does it take for a response?

We aim to respond as quickly as possible. However please allow up to 24 hours for a reply, and note that our customer service team is unavailable on weekends.
