Delivery & Returns

Delivery: Order by 3pm Monday to Friday and we send it out the same day. Next day DPD £6.49 (free over £150). Royal Mail Tracked 24 £4.99 (1–2 working days). Worldwide with DHL Express, usually 1–2 working days, customs paid. Free collection from Unit B, Oakcroft Business Centre, Chessington, KT9 1RH, Monday to Friday 9am–5pm – please wait for your order ready email.

Returns: 14 days from receiving your order. Email Customerservice@lashesfromhols.com first with your order number. Items must be unused and in original packaging, with your packing slip or order number inside. Adhesives, liquids, Pro Mades, sale items and gift cards can't be returned for hygiene reasons.

Refunds: approved as soon as your return arrives; up to 10 working days to show depending on your bank.
